Seksuelle overgrep mot barn

Seksuelle overgrep mot barn er alle former for seksuelle handlinger, inkludert nettovergrep, med barn under 16 år. Begrepet omfatter dessuten både fysiske og internettrelaterte forhold hvor ungdom dras med på seksuelle handlinger som de ikke er modne for, samtykker til eller forstår.

Seksuelle overgrep mot barn kan ramme barn i alle aldersgrupper, men forekommer sannsynligvis hyppigst fra tidlig til midten av ungdomsårene. Illustrasjonsfoto: Colourbox.
