Kronisk leggsår

Kronisk leggsår er sår nedenfor kneet, gjerne i ankelregionen, som ikke gror i løpet av seks uker. Årsaken er svekket drenering av venøst blod fra leggen, for eksempel ved åreknuter.

Kronisk leggsår (bildet) kan oppstå spontant eller etter en skade.
