Azoospermi - ingen sædceller

Azoospermi innebærer at det ikke finnes sædceller i sæden i minst to sædprøver. Ofte gir sykehistorien informasjon om mulig årsak til at dette har oppstått.

Azoospermi kan skyldes svikt i produksjonen av kjønnshormoner, sykdom i testiklene, eller problemer med transport eller utstøtning av sæd.
