Leddgikt (revmatoid artritt)

Leddgikt er en kronisk, livslang sykdom. Den angriper først og fremst de små leddene i fingre og tær, men den kan med tiden også angripe større ledd. Nye medisiner har bidratt til å bedre livskvaliteten for pasienter med leddgikt.

Leddgikt er en livslang sykdom som varierer i alvorlighetsgrad fra alvorlig funksjonshemming til mindre alvorlig sykdom.
