Muskelsmerter i nakken, nakkemyalgi

Muskelsmerter i nakken er en svært hyppig lidelse. Ofte har det sammenheng med anspenthet og lite variasjon i arbeidsstilling. Fysisk aktivitet er det beste forebyggende tiltaket.

Nakkesmerter forekommer hos 30-50 prosent av den voksne befolkningen i løpet av ett år.
