InformasjonAllergiske reaksjoner på grønnsaker kan være ganske milde og begrense seg til reaksjoner i munn og hals (kløe og hevelse).

Peanøtter og soyabønner er blant de mest kjente matallergenene vi har, men også andre grønnsaker og frukter kan gi matvarereaksjoner.
